A TV Stand Built on Rings

Orbit is built around a single sculptural idea: two bold ring-shaped legs, carved from solid wood, carrying the full weight of the piece. It’s a striking departure from the usual panelled cabinet, built to be noticed from across the room as much as it holds the television above it.

Open Shelving, Two Drawers

Between the rings, a run of open shelving splits into four compartments, sized for a media box, speaker, or books. Two drawers sit at the base, fitted with brushed silver handles, giving Orbit closed storage for remotes and cables alongside its open display space.

A Floating Tabletop

The rectangular tabletop spans the full width of the piece, appearing to rest lightly on top of the two rings rather than sitting on a solid base. It’s wide enough to hold a large television along with framed photos, plants, or a speaker bar without feeling crowded.

Dark Wood, Hand-Finished

Orbit is finished in a deep, dark espresso tone that lets the ring legs read as pure sculptural form. Each ring is shaped and polished by hand, a slower process than a straight-cut leg, built for a piece meant to be a centrepiece rather than a backdrop.

Living With Orbit

At 170cm long, 40cm deep, and 55cm tall, Orbit comfortably supports a large television while keeping cables and media boxes organised within the open shelving. Wipe the wood down with a soft, dry cloth, and keep it out of direct, harsh sunlight to protect the finish over time.
